Our Story
Venture Group started when our founder realized that most supply chain consultants were overcomplicating problems to justify their fees. In 2011, we opened our doors in Craiova with a simple bet: companies would pay for real results, not endless reports. Early on, we worked mostly with manufacturing firms stuck in analog workflows. But we learned fast. Expanded into logistics. Added procurement expertise. Today, we've helped 47 different operations cut costs by an average of 22% in their first year. Not bad for a team that refuses to use the word 'synergy.'
